Day 2 Format

  • The 24 remaining Players will compete in 2 games with points from previous games carrying over. Players are initially snake seeded based on their placement in Day 1.
  • After 2 games, the bottom 8 are eliminated.
  • The 16 remaining Players will compete in 2 games with points from previous games carrying over. The bottom 4 Players are eliminated, while the top 4 Players advance to Day 3 and lock in their placements for the purposes of Pro Points. Players are snake seeded based on their placement in the tournament.
  • The 8 remaining players will compete in 2 games with points from previous games carrying over. The top 4 advance to Day 3, while the bottom 4 are eliminated.

Day 3 Format

  • Points are reset.
  • The remaining 8 Players will play in a checkmate format.
  • Once a player has achieved 20 points on Day 3, they put the rest of the lobby in “check”.
    • When a player has put the lobby in “check” they must win a game to win the tournament.
    • Multiple players can have the lobby in “check” at the same time.
    • If no player in "check" has won after 8 games, then the player with the most total points wins the tournament.
  • Once a player has won, the rest of the players are sorted by Day 3 points to determine their finishing position in the tournament.

Pro Points

We’re continuing our Pro Points system into Space Gods, and here’s a quick refresher:

  • Pro Points are designed to reward the most consistent performers across each region throughout the TPC. At the end of the set, the top Pro Points earner from APAC, EMEA, and AMER will each qualify directly to the Tactician’s Crown.
  • Additionally, the Top 4 Pro Point earners will receive additional prize money at the end of the set.
  •  Lastly, to maintain competitive integrity within the Checkmate format, all players competing on Day 3 of the third TFT Pro Circuit Cup will earn 4 Pro Points, rather than receiving different values based on final placement.
