This July 10–12, the cosmos becomes the battleground as the world’s top TFT players descend upon the Space Gods Tactician’s Crown. After a set filled with fierce competition, unforgettable moments, and champions rising from every corner of the globe, the final showdown is nearly here. 40 elite tacticians will clash for supremacy, chasing glory among the stars and the title of Space Gods Tactician’s Crown Champion. Here are the initial details for TFT’s next global event.

Tactician’s Crown Info

The Space Gods Tactician’s Crown, taking place July 10-12, will feature the top 40 players from the four competitive regions: AMER, EMEA, APAC, CN.

Seeds:

TFT Pro Circuit (13 Slots)

  • 11 TPC winners from AMER, APAC, CN, EMEA
  • 2 TPC Pro Points Qualified Players from EMEA & APAC

Regional Finals Slots (27 Slots)

  • CN – 8
  • APAC – 7
  • AMER – 7
  • EMEA – 5

Total: 40 Players

After three days of competition, one player will claim their place among the stars and become our Space Gods Champion! 

Prize Pool

Players will be competing for their share of the $470K USD total prize pool. Check out the breakdown below:

Event Format

Points

Points earned throughout the event will be awarded for each player based on the results of each game: 8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 (ie: first place wins 8 points, eighth place wins 1 point).

Starting Lobbies

The top 40 players will be split into starting lobbies based on a snake draft selection process.

Event Schedule

Day 1 - Round 1

  • 40 players will be drawn into their 5 starting lobbies and play 6 games total
  • The lobbies will shuffle after every 2 games
  • After Game 6, the top 32 players will advance to Day 2, and the bottom 8 players will be eliminated

Day 2 - Rounds 2-5

  • Every 2 games across Day 1 & 2, lobbies will be shuffled based on Total Points earned across Day 1 & 2 
  • After Round 4, the Top 4 players in Total Points across Day 1 & 2 will advance to the Finals and the bottom 4 players will be eliminated
  • After Round 4, the 5th-12th place players in Total Points across Day 1 & 2 will advance to Round 5

Day 3 - Grand Final 

  • The Grand Final will use the Checkmate Format: The first player to reach 20 points and then secure a first-place finish will be crowned the Space Gods Champion.
