The biggest TFT celebration of the year is back, and it’s going to be bigger than ever. 

Over the past three years, the Open has truly grown into a global celebration of Teamfight Tactics, bringing together players and fans from around the world to compete, connect, and share their passion for the game. What began as an opportunity for the community to come together in person has evolved into something truly special, shaped by the players, creators, cosplayers, and fans who show up year after year.

Along this journey, another community began to grow alongside it: Riftbound. We first debuted Riftbound at the TFT Macao Open two years ago, where players lined up for hours just to try the very first trial decks. Since then, the game has expanded through multiple sets and even joined us at the TFT Paris Open last year. 

Today, the excitement surrounding both communities only continues to grow, making this the perfect time to bring you Convergence Fest - a shared experience to celebrate both TFT AND Riftbound. This combined celebration will highlight activities across both strategy game titles, including the open-bracket TFT Vegas Open and the North American Riftbound Regional Championship! Convergence Fest Details

We’re returning to Vegas! Convergence Fest will take place December 11-13. More details on the venue will be shared at a later date.

Our mega weekend will be jam-packed with experiences and activities! As an attendee, you’ll be able to bounce between high-stakes matches, rip Riftbound packs, catch live panels, meet up with the community, and check out Artist Alley. Over the years, we’ve added more ways to celebrate with the community and this year will be the biggest party yet! 

Attendees will also have the chance to play TFT and Riftbound throughout the weekend - whether you’re queuing up for casual games with friends or testing your skills in competitive side events.

The Competitions

During this electric weekend, we’ll see not 1, but 2 different champions rise up in our main competitive events - the TFT Vegas Open and the Riftbound NA Regional Championship!

Fans can follow the action across both tournaments, cheer alongside the community, and witness some of the most exciting moments in the strategy gaming world. Additional details on tournament format, participation opportunities, and event schedules will be announced soon.

Convergence Fest Passes

Attendee passes will be available for anyone who wants to experience all that Convergence Fest has to offer! 

Register via Fan First

In past years, passes have been in high demand, and with Riftbound joining this year’s event we expect interest to be greater than ever. To give attendees the best opportunity to secure their spot, we’re opening Fan First registration, a new sign-up process designed to help attendees secure their opportunity to purchase passes. By registering through Fan First, TFT and Riftbound players will have the chance to enter the earliest wave of sale windows and purchase their pass ahead of the general sale.

To register, head over to convergencefest.riotgames.com and submit your registration. Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know you’re all set. Pass sales will begin in August through rolling windows. We’ll email you as soon as your purchase window opens so keep an eye on your inbox!

How Does Fan First Registration Work?

  • After Fan First registration closes on August 17th, we’ll take a look at the number of verified fans who signed up. If the number of eligible fans exceeds the number of tickets available, we will distribute ticket access through a draw system among verified accounts.
  • If you're selected for a Fan First presale window, you'll receive an email at the address associated with your Riot ID, which is the same email you used to register for Fan First.
  • This email will include a unique access link and code for the Fan First ticket sale. Your access will remain valid for 36 hours, during which your opportunity to purchase tickets is guaranteed.
  • Each selected Fan First participant can purchase up to two (2) attendee passes.
  • If you purchase a second attendee pass, you'll need to enter the Riot ID of the person who will use that ticket.
  • Fan First selection emails will begin rolling out on August 31 at 8:00 AM PT. Emails will be sent in rolling 36-hour waves, so if you don't receive one on the first day, you may still be selected in a later batch. Invitations will continue until the Fan First tickets are sold out.
  • If Fan First tickets sell out before you're selected, you'll receive an email letting you know.
  • If you're aiming to compete in the TFT Vegas Open or the Riftbound NA Regional Championship, you'll still have a chance to purchase a GA+ Bundle and/or Post-Finals Celebration add-on with your competitor pass.
