Set 16 TFT Pro Circuit: Everything You Need to Know

Details on event dates, format, prize pool, and more.

With Lore & Legends, the second edition of the TFT Pro Circuit (TPC) is about to begin. In case you missed it, this is our newest Tier 1 tournament series, designed to provide consistent, top-level competitive opportunities for the top 32 players across our four regions: APAC, AMER, CN, and EMEA.

TFT Pro Circuit Info

Across each Set, TPC players compete in three major events. Below is the Lore & Legends schedule, where our top contenders will face off in some of the most iconic regions of Runeterra:

For this new edition, we have some updates to the Format of the TFT Pro Circuit:

  • The #1 Pro Point earner now qualifies directly to the Tactician’s Crown. Aside from the three Cup winners, the player with the most points accumulated will also qualify for the #TFTCrown.

  • Day 3 of TPC3 now gives equal (4) Pro Points to all players, rather than more for each individual placement.

  • The Top 16 players in Pro Points now qualify to Week 2 of Regional Finals, rather than Top 12. The Bottom 4 players in Pro Points now compete in Play-Ins, rather than Bottom 8.

  • Pro Points now gives additional prize money to all of the Top 4, rather than just 1st place.

Prize Pool

Just as the previous set, elite players in each region will compete for a $30K USD total prize pool. Check out the breakdown below:

TPC Event Format

The TFT Pro Circuit will consist of three 32-player competitions, each with a total of 12 games across the first two days and a maximum of 8 games on the final day. Players will advance based on the points they earn throughout each match.

Points

Points earned throughout the event will be awarded for each player based on the results of each game: 8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 (ie: first place wins 8 points, eighth place wins 1 point).
