We’d like to share an upcoming change to language support in Teamfight Tactics.

Starting with the launch of Set 18, Greek and Romanian will no longer be available as in-game language options or across official TFT channels. We want to make sure you have clear visibility ahead of time, so you know what to expect as this change approaches. Until Set 18 goes live, these languages will remain available as they are today.

This change reflects how many players already experience TFT today, with English serving as the main hub for updates, content, and community conversations. Delivering high-quality support across multiple languages requires ongoing work with every new set, update, and piece of content. This change allows us to better focus on where we can have the most impact for players.

After this transition, TFT will continue to be fully available in English. The core TFT experience will remain the same, and you’ll still be able to access the game, follow updates, and stay connected with the community, with all future content available in English.

When Set 18 goes live, this update will be applied as part of the normal patching process, and no additional action will be required on your end, your account and in-game progress will not be affected.

TFT will continue to be supported in your region, and this change does not impact our ongoing efforts in these countries. TFT Esports co-streams will not be affected, our local partners will continue to bring TFT esports competitions through the creator program.
